I see the audio player on some pages, but I do not hear anything. Why not?
Any page that includes an audio player in the lower right-hand corner is streaming audio in the Windows Media format. In order to hear the audio, you will need to have a recent version of the free Windows Media Player.

The interactive form 990 is not functioning properly. Why not?

I'm having trouble viewing the courses online; can I download them instead?

If you are having problems viewing any of the courses, you may download them to your hard drive using the following steps.*

Step 1. Select the course to download from the list below. This will open a dialogue window.

Step 2. Select “Save to Disk” from the dialogue window and save to your preferred location on your hard drive.

Step 3. Extract all files to your preferred location using Windows Compressed Zipped File, WinZip or MacZip. This will output all the course files in one folder labeled with the course number and color, for example course1blue.

Step 4. Open the course folder on your hard drive.

Step 5. Select the index.html file. The page will open in your preferred browser.

Note: Requires Windows Compressed Zipped File, WinZip, or MacZip applications. Download time is dependent on your Internet connection.  When playing a downloaded version of Stay Exempt, you must be connected to the internet in order for links to the Internal Revenue Service's website to operate correctly.
