What are the minimum system requirements to view the video?
To be able to watch the streaming videos your computer should have at least:
- 256 Mb RAM
- Windows 98 or higher (XP recommended)
- High-speed Internet access (cable/DSL)
- 1024 x 768 monitor resolution
- Internet Explorer 6 on the PC or Safari 2 on the Mac
- Disableded pop-up blockers
- Active-X enabled or choose to enable it when prompted

I don't see the video. Why not?
The videos are provided in the Windows Media format. In order to see the videos, you will need to have a recent version of the free Windows Media Player, which is available for both Mac and PC. Firefox browser users may be prompted to install a plug-in.
